Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit – funds cannot be sent to a different number.
• Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may require additional identity verification before processing.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (Cash Out is available for live betting).

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it begins, your stake will be refunded.
• Suspended Matches: If a match is suspended after it has started and is not resumed within the scheduled timeframe, the outcome will be determined according to the rules specific to that sport.
• Technical Issues: If a bet cannot be completed due to a server or connection issue, that bet will be voided and the funds returned.

• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation
• Using arbitrage betting or systematic exploitative betting strategies
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources
• Intimidating, harassing, or deceiving other users
• Placing bets using bots or automated software

Account Suspension or Closure
